Crimson Ridge completes the repair and replacement of all common elements, in addition to several limited common elements.
Interior:
Most repair items within a Unit would be the responsibility of that homeowner. However, if the item serves more than one home, it may be within the purview of the association.
Exterior:
Most repair items on the exterior of the property would be completed by the association.
